Nothing concentrates the mind like a criminal accusation — and nothing rewards preparation like criminal defence. The chamber appears for complainants and accused alike, across the district courts of Delhi and Gurugram and the High Court of Delhi, in matters governed by the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (which, since 1 July 2024, replaced the IPC and the CrPC respectively).

What we handle

  • Bail and anticipatory bail — regular and pre-arrest bail applications under the BNSS, with realistic advice on transit bail and surety requirements.
  • Quashing petitions — where proceedings are malicious, compromise-based or manifestly unfounded, especially in matrimonial and commercial disputes, the High Court’s inherent powers are invoked.
  • Cheque bounce cases (Sections 138 — 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act) — the most common criminal-business dispute in India. We file complaints that survive technical scrutiny, and defend accused persons facing exaggerated or time-barred claims. The Section 138 machinery — statutory notice within 30 days of dishonour, 15 days to pay, then a complaint within 30 days — is strict; missing a date can be fatal.
  • Economic and white-collar offences — cheating, criminal breach of trust, forgery and criminal conspiracy in business settings; both complaints and defence.
  • Matrimonial criminal matters — defence in 498A-type prosecutions, and representation in related protection and maintenance proceedings.
  • Trial representation — full trial advocacy: framing of charge, cross-examination, defence evidence and arguments.

How we defend

  • Read the entire file — FIR, statements, documents before advising anything.
  • Attack the machinery, not just the allegations — jurisdiction, limitation, procedural defects and abuse of process.
  • Preserve the defence early — documents, CCTV, electronic records, witnesses.
  • Negotiate from strength — where quashing or compounding is available, it is often faster than trial.

If you receive a Section 138 notice: the 15-day window to pay is short and strictly construed. Do not ignore it and do not reply without legal advice. Either decision shapes the case that follows.

A Short Note

Urgent criminal matters are prioritised. If a remand hearing or arrest is imminent, call +91-9212300981 directly rather than using the form.
